After our initial consultation, we’ll schedule a one-hour in-home session (a fee applies but can be credited toward your first coaching session). During this visit, I’ll:

If you decide to move forward, we’ll create a plan to begin! Most clients find success with 3-hour sessions every other week, paired with actionable tasks to work on between sessions.
